Jo Ann Moore lost her battle with cancer September 5th, 2021. Her faith called her to her heavenly home at the age of 62. Born to John and Jennie (Deruiter) VanDerAa on 4-15-59 in Harvey, Illinois. She has 5 surviving sisters Patti, Tammy Merryman, Kathy, Carol Wiedenman , and Jennie Koebel. Preceded in death by son Ames and survived by daughters Lisa Kelley and Jodi Calicott as well as 4 grandchildren Kira, Noah, Christian and Christiayana.
She married David Moore in 1977 on her family’s dairy farm in Three Oaks Mi. Together, they owned Stay ‘N Play Resort in Lakeview Ar. Jo Ann was a feisty woman who worked hard to provide for her family. She had a passion for boating, fishing, hiking and enjoying many laughs around a fire with friends and family. She had a big heart and lived her life with strength and bravery that will not soon be forgotten.

What a big-hearted, brave, and strong women she was!
