Lisa Ann Werdowatz, 57, of St. Joseph, Michigan, lost her fight with lung cancer on August 10th, 2021 in Stevensville, Michigan.
A Celebration of Life will be held on September 10th at North Shore Event Center from 5-7pm.
Lisa was born on December 27th, 1963 in North Hollywood, California. She grew up in Saint Joseph, Michigan where she learned the family trade of the jewelry business. She followed her childhood passion that came about while growing up spending most of her time in her father’s local jewelry company, Werdowatz Jewelers, and began running it after he retired. She had a deep passion for gardening and nature. She loved all animals, fishing, art, music, and was a social person with a universal sense of humor. She enjoyed learning other languages and cultures. She fought for what she believed in and was known for her strength, wit and knowledge.
Lisa is survived by her children, Jaime Collis, Jacqueline Collis, Mark (Danielle) Hampton, Matthew Hampton, and Alyssa (Sean) Shelton, a stepdaughter, Shiloe (Jeremy) Wines and many grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Marie Werdowatz and her daughter, Jenifer Collis.
