Pat was such a special part of my life. She was one of my first Awana leaders as a child, and became a wonderful friend as I got older. For probably the last 25-30 years, we would send each other a Christmas card addressed to and signed only as “Friend”. That didn’t happen this year for either of us, which makes me a little sad. My prayers go out to all who knew and loved her. Such a precious lady to us and to her God.
